Chef de Partie
We require an experienced, adaptable Chef de Partie with a broad skill set who loves to work in a busy kitchen. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar fast-paced environment is required. Experience in cooking Kiwi / western cuisine is a must.

- Approx. hours are 3pm-close
This is a long-term role and available from October. We need all candidates to commit to the entire summer season, meaning until the end of April 2025.
Preference will be given to permanent residents or those with at least 6 months on their work visa. You need to be able to stop by for a trial shift and interview.

Sous Chef
We are on the hunt for an experienced full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team! The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, have extensive food knowledge, and display creative flair.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Support the head chef in running the kitchen, stock management, food safety and team development
- Supervise kitchen team in absence of the head chef
- Ensure high quality and presentation of all dishes
Three years of experience is essential for this role. It's available with an immediate start and with a four work day roster for a great work-life balance. Preference will be given to permanent residents/those with at least 6 months on their work visa.

Dishy / Housekeeping couple
We are looking for a motivated couple who is keen to share the role of a dishy and housekeeper.
The housekeeping position consists of daytime shifts, and the dishy one of both daytime and evening shifts. We will try our best to give you both the same rostered days off so you've got heaps of time to enjoy exploring the area together.
We require a limited experience in similar roles. All necessary training will be provided.
Ideally, we'll need you to commit to the whole summer season, meaning until the end of April 2025.
